Daniele Valentino
defines the signature of the ice cream creations. From his hometown of Naples – where he learned his trade – he brought the sun to Vienna and experienced a new way of making ice cream. With Vanella he combines the best of two worlds: the fruitiness of Italy and the new Austrian creative approach. And, all without any additives losing nothing in the taste. In fact, our ice cream has such a concentrated feeling and taste, we are not sure if can still be called ice cream!
Lea Panella
also comes from Naples and is (by the way) Daniele's mother-in-law. From her gastronomic activities in Italy and Spain, she brings vision and fresh ideas in addition to her years of experience and has a sure knack for the savory department: so she keeps on creating new Tramezzini palate games. She puts her focus on the highest quality: customer wishes are her inspiration, the welfare of the guest the top priority.
